The Spinal CSF Leak Foundation’s mission is to reduce the suffering of those affected by spinal CSF leak. To that end, we are passionately committed to furthering access to care for all patients.

We are currently researching Medicare’s coverage of epidural blood patching for the treatment of spontaneous spinal CSF leaks, to better ensure all patients have a smooth process in submitting claims.

We are inviting patients with Medicare coverage who have received an epidural blood patch as treatment for SPONTANEOUS spinal CSF leak to complete an anonymous survey. This will help us learn more about current access to care in various geographical areas for those spinal CSF leak patients with Medicare.

This survey will end September 30, 2022.

We extend our thanks and gratitude to all who participate and will share more as this project progresses.
