Get ready to #duradash — a virtual race in association with #leakweek

Help to raise awareness of #spinalCSFleak #becauseyourduramaters
It is easy to participate!

What is #duradash?

#duradash will allow you to participate in a virtual race of any activity you are able to do or would like to do:  Running / Walking / Cycling / Swimming / Rowing / Skating / Wheelchair / Elliptical / Stairclimbing or any other way you would like.  If you have limited upright time, you can do your race in small increments to reach your goal distance.  Use that to raise awareness of how #spinalCSFleak is affecting you.

What distance?

You choose!  Any distance you choose or can tolerate.

When?

Anytime between May 15 and June 15, but preferably during #leakweek June 3-8, 2019.

How?

If you have physical limitations, check this post How can I #duradash for suggestions. You can do this individually or you can organize a group.
Registration will remain open thru to June 15.
> fee is $16.99; you will receive a race medal and race bib in the mail.
Participate.
Then return to the registration page to update your results.

Where?

Anywhere you like! If you live outside of the USA, you are welcome to participate but postage to ship the race medal and race bib is not included.  Canadians or those in other countries may wish to organize a group order.
