Patient Instructions: We prefer patients to have a referral from another physician, such as a primary care physician, neurologist, etc. Once you have a referral, please call to schedule an appointment to be seen by either of our neurosurgeons who specialize in spontaneous intracranial hypotension. However, if you already have a consult referral/imaging order specifically for a DYNAMIC CT MYELOGRAM that your physician would like for you to have done with us, you may fax it to the interventional neuroradiology scheduling department at 713-793-1200 with your contact information and most recent clinic note from the ordering physician. Please also be prepared to provide your prior neuroimaging when asked.

Other Notes: We offer dynamic CT myelogram, endovascular embolization, blood patches (targeted and non-targeted), percutaneous fibrin glue injections, and also endoscopic spine surgery.
